After representing many happy buyers and sellers in the building, his success did not go unnoticed; Josh was given the highly regarded title of Douglas Elliman Building Specialist and continues to oversee sales in this classic downtown building.

To recharge his battery after busy days in real estate, Josh indulges his passions for snowboarding and tennis, in addition to frequenting several gyms and fitness studios in downtown NYC. He is proud to have helped establish a charitable organization, The Jamie Lieberman Cancer Research Memorial Fund, which raises money and awareness for inflammatory breast cancer research. Josh is also an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
